Superior Rooms offer 26 square metres of space and a luxurious king size bed. Executive Rooms build on the comfort of our Superior Rooms, with extra space and separate areas for sleeping and relaxing. What is the difference between a room and a suite at The Rex?

Rooms offer a stylish base for your stay, while suites provide more space and standout features such as separate seating areas, emperor size beds and roll top baths.

What is the check in timing?

Guests can check in from 3:00 PM onwards, allowing ample time for room preparation and ensuring a comfortable arrival experience.

What is the check-out timing?

Guests are kindly requested to check out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure to allow sufficient time for housekeeping and preparation for incoming guests.

Can I arrange an early check in or late check out?

Early check in and late check out may be available on request. Late check out costs £50 per hour. Call +44 161 413 0000 before your stay.

Which suite is best for a special occasion?

Choose the Lutyens Suite for an intimate stay, with a private seating area and roll top bath. For more space and a statement bath within the bedroom, the Bank Manager’s Suite is an excellent choice.

Which room is best for a business trip?

The Executive Room is well suited to business stays, with extra space and separate areas for sleeping and relaxing. The flexible layout provides a comfortable place to unwind after a busy day.

Which room is best for couples?

The Superior Room is a comfortable choice for couples, offering 26 square metres of space and a king size bed. For a more indulgent escape, the Lutyens Suite adds a private seating area and roll top bath.

How many guests can stay in a room?

Occupancy varies by room type. Please check the room details when booking or contact the hotel directly for guidance on the best option for your party or stay.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Your four-legged companions are welcome at The Rex. For overnight stays, a supplement of £39 per dog, per night applies, including a cosy dog bed, water bowl and a special welcome gift.
