Should the weather turn, the experience continues seamlessly under elegant parasols and heaters on the terrace, or within the beautifully designed interiors of Reserve, so the experience never loses its sense of occasion.

Hosted within the elegant surroundings of The Rex this intimate tasting experience begins with a refreshing Wolfe Bros London Dry Gin & Tonic served on our rooftop terrace, before you are guided through a tutored tasting of four distinctive Wolfe Bros gins. Explore unique flavour profiles including Raspberry & Hibiscus, Orange & Bergamot, and Pear & Fig, learning the stories and botanicals behind each pour.

To complement the tasting, enjoy a carefully curated sharing platter featuring charcuterie, smoked salmon, olives and a selection of artisan cheeses, while live piano music creates the perfect atmosphere for an unforgettable summer evening. The experience concludes with a full-size G&T featuring your favourite gin from the tasting.
